To trade on Margin Trade, you’ll first need to deposit USDC onto the Margin Network. You can bridge USDC directly from Solana to get stated.
Bridge USDC from Solana
If you have USDC on Solana, you can bridge it to your Margin Trade account for use as trading collateral.
Open the Deposit Window In the Margin Trade app, click Deposit and select USDC as the deposit asset.
Select the Bridge Option Choose Solana → Margin as the source network. You’ll see your Solana balance reflected in the deposit window.
Choose the Amount to Deposit Enter the amount of USDC you wish to bridge. If your balance doesn’t appear, ensure your wallet is connected to Solana and holds USDC (Token Address: EPjFWdd5AufqSSqeM2qN1xzybapC8G4wEGGkZwyTDt1v).
Approve and Send Click Deposit, then follow the prompts to sign the transaction.
Ensure you have a small amount of SOL in your wallet to cover transaction fees.
Wait for Completion The transfer typically completes within a 1-2 seconds as Once confirmed, your USDC will appear in your Margin Trade Perpetuals balance and be available for trading.
Common Deposit Mistakes
Wrong network or asset: Always verify you’re depositing from the correct chain. Only deposits from Solana (for USDC) will be credited.
Insufficient gas: Solana deposits require a small amount of SOL for network fees. Ensure you have enough before bridging.
Below minimum amount: Deposits below the displayed minimum may not be credited. Always check the minimum deposit field in the window.
Once your deposit is confirmed and trading is enabled, your available balance will display in the bottom right of the app — and you can begin placing orders on Margin Trade.
